Three file applications before NIA court pleading guilty in 2014 blast case

Burdwan impact case have confessed in applications documented under the watchful eye of an uncommon NIA court here, their legal counselor Md Shajahan Hossain said here on Thursday. 

Hearing for the situation is probably going to be taken up by the court on September 8, Hossain said. 

The three denounced who have recorded applications confessing are Md Yusuf, Zahirul Sheik and Zia Ul Haq. 

Suspected psychological oppressors were making bombs and unstable gadgets inside a leased house at Khagragarh in Burdwan region when an impact happened on October 2, 2014, murdering two of them and harming a third. 

Examinations uncovered that they had joins with psychological militant outfit Jamaat-ul-Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB). 

The case was first taken up by the West Bengal CID and afterward moved to the NIA inside a couple of days. 

Of the 31 individuals named charged for the situation, 24 conceded on two separate events in 2019. They were condemned to five years to 10 years of thorough detainment by the extraordinary NIA court. 

The NIA had documented the essential chargesheet for the situation in March, 2015, where it said that there was a “connivance of JMB, a restricted fear monger association in Bangladesh, to topple the current government in Bangladesh through savage psychological oppressor acts”.
