The case was held up after a request was passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate Surya Kant Tiwari two months prior on an appeal documented by neighborhood advocate Sudhir Kumar Ojha. “The CJM had passed the request on August 20, tolerating my appeal upon the receipt of which a FIR was stopped today at the Sadar police headquarters here,” Ojha said.
