China, the nearest partner of Pakistan, requested “shut meetings” in the Council, which will meet at 10 am (7:30pm IST) to talk about the issue. An UN representative had disclosed to PTI that China had requested shut discussions on the Security Council motivation thing ‘India Pakistan Question’. “The solicitation was in reference to the Pakistani letter to Security Council President,” the negotiator said.
