India, Uzbekistan review implementation of initiatives to boost ties

Current Affairs : India and Uzbekistan on Monday looked into the execution of different key undertakings just as activities including the status of arrangements for a respective venture deal to help monetary ties.

 

The survey was completed at the principal meeting of the national coordination advisory groups for checking usage of commonly concurred ventures among India and Uzbekistan, the Ministry of External Affairs said.

 

The new system to screen the usage of significant activities and activities was comprised under the bearings of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev.

 

The virtual gathering was co-led by Minister of State for External Affairs V Muraleedharan and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Investments and Foreign Trade of Uzbekistan Sardor Umurzakov.

 

“The two sides completely surveyed the continuous and arranged exercises of two-sided financial and exchange collaboration, including the status of dealings for finishing up a two-sided speculation settlement, particular economic accord, common market access for horticultural produce of the two nations,” the MEA said in an announcement.
