SC refuses to pass interim order on pleas for stay of final year exams

Current Affairs : The Supreme Court Friday would not pass any interval request on a group of petitions looking for crossing out of conclusive year/semester assessments in September in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic and requested that the Center away from remain of Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) on the issue.

The UGC told the top court that no one ought to stay under the feeling that since the Supreme Court is inspecting this issue, the last year/semester assessment will be remained.
